These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and services provided by Miss Dahoma Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

We provide phone-only intuitive consultations for personal insight and guidance. Services are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health services and do not guarantee outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future bookings.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat client information and consultation content as confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. TRANSLATION SERVICES

Miss Dahoma Consulting LLC does not provide translation services.

Clients who do not speak English, Creole, or French must provide their own trusted translator if they wish to receive services in another language.

The business and owner are not responsible for the accuracy or impact of any translation and assume no liability for misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or consequences arising from third-party translation.

Clients must provide the translator’s full name and contact information in advance.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud the business, misuse the booking system, or attempt chargeback abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and restrict future bookings for violations.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, text, graphics, and materials are owned by Miss Dahoma Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing any legal claim, clients agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND POLICIES

We may update these Terms & Conditions and related policies at any time without notice.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and policies before each booking.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms and policies.
