5. THIRD-PARTY TRANSLATOR POLICY

 

Clients who do not speak English, Creole, or French must provide their own trusted third-party translator if they wish to receive services in another language. Miss Dahoma Consulting LLC does not provide translation services.

 

By using a translator, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

 

• The translator is not affiliated with the business.

• The business and owner are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of translation.

• The client assumes all risks arising from translation.

• The business is not liable for misunderstandings, misinterpretations, omissions, or consequences caused by translation.

 

The client must provide the translator’s full name and contact information in advance and authorizes the translator to hear the session.

 

6. DATA SHARING

 

We may share limited information only with service providers such as Wix, payment processors, email services, or legal authorities when required by law.

 

7. DATA SECURITY We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

 

8. YOUR RIGHTS

 

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data subject to legal and contractual requirements.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY Services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
